The Major Golf Championships are the four most prestigious annual tournaments in professional golf. They are the Augusta Masters, the U.S. Open Golf Championship, the British Open Golf Championship and the PGA Championship. Some great golfers have never won a Major but some have managed to win all four including Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Ben Hogan, Gene Sarazen and Gary Player.
