Emerald Downs is home to the Longacres Mile Handicap (G3) which was held at the track during it's first season
The Mile first run in 1935 was originally held at Longacres
Longacres Race Track finished racing in 1992 after being sold to Boeing the aircraft manufacturer
During 1993, '94 and '95 the Longacres Mile Handicap was run at Yakima Meadows
