Professional debut fighting for world heavyweight title

Pete Rademacher ( the Melbourne Olympic heavyweight boxing champion of 1956) made his professional debut as a boxer when he fought Floyd Patterson for the World Heavyweight title on August 22 1957

Floyd Patterson won in six rounds
