3 Time Grand National Champion
Red Rum (IRE) won the Grand National at Aintree in 1973, 1974 and 1977. He was also second in the race in both 1975 and 1976.
Red Rum (IRE) also won the Scottish Grand National at Ayr in 1974.
In 1973 Red Rum (IRE) was second in the Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup at Newbury to Red Candle.
